Curtis, Randall are wed July 9 in Baton Rouge

Chris Curtis and Sarah Randall were married at 6 p.m. July 9, 2010, in a private family ceremony at Gospel Light Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. Pastor Warren Johnson officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of David and Susan Law of Baton Rouge and Martin Randall of Addis, La. She is the granddaughter of Mary Randall and the late Wallace Randall and Mary Leist and the late Jack Leist, all of Vicksburg, and Margie Law and the late Pascal Law of Brunswick, Ga.

The groom is the son of David and Karen Curtis of Bellville, Texas. He is the grandson of Oradell Riniker and the late Guss Riniker of Bellville and Cecil and Mozelle Curtis.

The bride was given in marriage by David Law and Martin Randall.

Matron of honor was Lizzy Ladner of Baton Rouge. Justin Tomachefsky of Brenham, Texas, served as best man.

A reception was held at 7 p.m. July 10, 2010, at Drusilla Place in Baton Rouge.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Sandals Grande, St. Lucia. They will make their home in Brenham.

The bride is a teacher with the Somerville Independent School District, and the groom is a land surveyor with Lampe Surveying Inc.
