Ernest Allen with EA’s Painting puts the finishing touches on the sign on the new House of Israel Hebrew Culture Center at 1500 Washington St. this morning. Allen started the job early in hopes of beating some of the heat with the thermometer expected to hit 100 today and drop by only a few degrees throughout the week.
