Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Yerger Federick of Mound, La., announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Kathleen, to Herston Blake Wade of Pearl. Mr. Wade is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herston Bidwell Wade of Collins and Janice Baker Allen and the late Harris Edward Allen of Mize.

Miss Federick is the granddaughter of James Federick and the late Ednah Margaret Federick of Tallulah and Mary Bagbey, Pat Crews and the late L.D. Crews, all of Lake Providence.

Mr. Wade is the grandson of Nelma Wade and the late Clifton Wade and the late Leon and Allie Baker, all of Collins.

The bride-elect is a 2003 honor graduate of St. Aloysius High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2007.

Miss Federick is a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital.

The prospective groom is a 1998 graduate of Mize High School. He attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Lineman School.

Mr. Wade is employed by Entergy.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m. Sept. 25, 2010, in Mound. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
