THOMPSON’S STATION, Tenn. — Ms. Katherine Presley, age 75, formerly of Vicksburg, passed away at the home of her daughter on Aug. 31, 2010.

Katherine was a member of Berachah Baptist Church in Vicksburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy H. and Bessie Altom Mayfield; sisters, Clara Watson and Louise Foster.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn (Guy) Mobley of Thompson’s Station; brother, W.K. (Ruby) Mayfield of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Christine (Wes) Chamble of Queen City, Texas, and Liz (Bob) Grubb of Ruston, La.; grandsons, Stacey (Jessica) Mobley of Thompson’s Station and Todd (Tammy) Mobley of Chapel Hill, Tenn., and great-grandchildren, Taylor and Tamara Mobley.
