Clinton W. Murdock

Clinton W. “Clint” Murdock died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. He was 42.

Born in Mineral Wells, Texas, Mr. Murdock was a former resident of Texarkana, Texas, and had been a resident of Vicksburg since 1994. He was a graduate of Shape High School in Mons, Belgium, and attended the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany.

Mr. Murdock was an employee of Ameristar Casino and a member of the United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Florence and Fletcher Grimes; and his paternal grandfather, L.C. Murdock.

He is survived by his partner, Chris Morgan of Vicksburg; his parents, Richard and Cynthia Dianne Murdock of Vicksburg; and his paternal grandmother, Evelyn Murdock of Texarkana.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chapel with the Rev. Greg Hazelrig, pastor of Gibson Memorial United Methodist Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the service.
