The Mid-South Forestry and Equipment Show will be Friday and Saturday at the John W. Starr Memorial Forest off Mississippi 25 near Starkville.

The event, set for 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, will showcase the newest technology and machinery being used in the South’s timber industry. The featured vendor will be Bobby Goodson, host of the Discovery Channel’s “Swamp Loggers.”

Continuing education credits will be offered.

The pre-registration fee is $10 for both days, $15 at the door and free for spouses and children 18 and younger.
