In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Stuart Brooks, 33, address unknown, pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to three years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine and $322.50 in costs. Brooks was arrested June 6.

• Darnell Cole, 50, 2427 Oak St., Apt. 10, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to three years of probation, plus $2,878 in fines, fees and restitution. Cole was arrested June 27, 2002, for DUI third offense.

• Jarrett Trimaine Marshall, 25, 212 Madison Drive, Monroe, La., was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center at Hinds or Jackson County followed by up to 10 years of probation, plus $2,962.50 in fines, fees and restitution. Marshall was arrested Jan. 17, 2007, for two counts of auto burglary.
