Carla Louise Curry Johnson died Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. She was 48.

Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her mother, Lelia Mae Granberry; and her father, DeWitt Curry.

She is survived by two daughters, Naomi Johnson of Port Gibson and Robbie Johnson of Vicksburg; two sons, Darren Johnson and Fredrick Johnson, both of Port Gibson; one stepson, Samuel Bell of Vicksburg; one sister, Naomi Parson of Vicksburg; three brothers, Patrick Granberry and Dennis Wright, both of Vicksburg, and Tommy Miller of Cary; 11 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and other relatives, including the Granberry and Moore families of Vicksburg.

Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
