9 sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Brandon Albert, 29, 901 W. Seventh St., Texarkana, Texas, pleaded guilty to attempted auto burglary and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to 90 days in jail followed by one year of probation, plus a $250 fine, $250 in restitution and $322.50 in court costs. Albert was arrested June 14.

• Cheyenne D. Emery, 18, 107 Cumberland Road, pleaded guilty to possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to the Ninth Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus a $1,000 fine and $1,122.50 in costs. Emery was arrested Feb. 10.

• Michael T. Gilmore, 37, 1114 Second North St., pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property and was sentenced by Patrick to four years in prison followed by up to 10 years of probation, plus $2,000 in fines and $1,145 in costs. Gilmore was arrested Dec. 7, 2007, and Dec. 19, 2007.

• Anthony Lee Hill, 28, 2011 Temple St., pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison followed by three years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $6,736.35 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Hill was arrested Sept. 22, 2009.

• Jerry Donnell Johnson, 38, 1214 Finney St., pleaded guilty to sale of cocaine and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus a $2,000 fine, $1,339.30 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Johnson was arrested Dec. 15, 2005.

• Henry Earl Simmons, 50, 405 Lee St., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, third offense, and was sentenced by Chaney to the Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus a $2,000 fine and $822.50 in costs. Simmons was arrested Oct. 30.

• Schiraldi M. Summers, 21, 217 Second Ave., pleaded guilty to drive-by shooting and aggravated assault and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation, plus a $2,000 fine and $322.50 in costs. Summers was arrested Sept. 22, 2007.

• Walter Vinton Tedeton, 48, 4813 Nailor Road, Lot 27, pleaded guilty to false pretense and was sentenced by Patrick to one day in jail followed by four years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $2,920 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Tedeton was arrested Jan. 23, 2008.

• Damon L. White, 29, 80 Alice Place, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison. White was arrested Jan. 23, 2009, for grand larceny.
