Miss Jacks to marry Brosofsky in Alabama

Ronny D. and Libby D. Jacks of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Alisha Dawn of Pensacola, Fla., to Harold Eli Brosofsky, also of Pensacola. Mr. Brosofsky is the son of Alan G. and Diane R. Brosofsky of Warwick, R.I.
Miss Jacks is the granddaughter of Charlcie Hill of Jasper, Ala.
The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Warren Central High School. She attended Hinds Community College’s Nursing Allied Health Center.
Miss Jacks is a medical sales representative for Flanagan Instruments.
The prospective groom is a 1983 graduate of Classical High School in Providence, R.I. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from L.C. Smith College of Engineering at Syracuse University and a Master of Science degree in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla., where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Brosofsky is a lieutenant colonel and combat aviation adviser for the U.S. Air Force, Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, Fla.
The wedding will be at 4 p.m. Nov. 6, 2010, at the Beach Club of Gulf Shores, Ala. A reception will follow.
