Two teens charged in Rosedown burglary

Two Vicksburg teens were arrested Sunday in a residential burglary reported two days earlier.

Charles Harris, 19, 819 Walnut St., and a 16-year-old were arrested at their homes Sunday. The two are accused in a Friday night burglary of a home in the 1500 block of Rosedown Street, said Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart.

Reported missing were a Nintendo Wii game system valued at $300, an Xbox game system valued at $375 and a PSP portable game system valued at $200.

The game consoles were found at the homes of both suspects, Stewart said.

Harris was in the Warren County Jail without bond, awaiting a court hearing this morning. The 16-year-old was at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center.
