George Moon sets up the Paratrooper ride in the parking lot east of Vicksburg Cycles on North Frontage Road Wednesday. The carnival, operated by Bluff City Shows, opens today and will run through Nov. 7 from 6 until 10 each evening. The cost of an armband allowing rides is $15.
