MOUND — When the flying aces hit the air tonight at an airshow at Vicksburg Tallulah Regional Airport, they won’t be relying on their decades of experience.

“You fly your comfort zone,” said Steve Gustafson, one of four who’ll pilot a collection of North American AT-6 aircraft for the AeroShell Aerobatic Team at the Southern Heritage Air Show tonight and Saturday. “Usually, there’s a little man that lives in the back of your skull that just says, ‘I gotta get back in formation!’”
