Man arrested after crack found in car

A Vicksburg man was charged with possession of crack cocaine early Sunday morning, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

Namonan Jones, 50, 4742 Lee Road, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. during a traffic stop at Weems Street and Baldwin Ferry Road. Jones had been stopped for failure to use a turn signal when the police officer saw 3/10ths of a gram of crack in the car, Stewart said.

Jones was released from the Warren County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
