May & Company of Vicksburg has promoted James R. Armstrong and Nathan Cummins to partner status.

Armstrong, a Utica native, has worked with the company since 2003. He attended Mississippi State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2002 and a master’s in taxation in 2003.

Cummins, a Clinton native, has worked for May & Company since 2004. He, too, attended Mississippi State, receiving a bachelor’s degree in professional accounting in 2002 and a master’s in taxation in 2003.
