Parks and Rec adult basketball

The Vicksburg Parks and Recreation Department is taking registration for its adult women’s and men’s basketball leagues. Registration forms can be picked up at the Parks and Rec offices on 100 Army-Navy Drive and at the Jackson Street Community Center. Registration ends on Dec. 24.

The league is for players ages 18 and older. Cost is $125 per team, with an additional charge of $5 for each county resident. A mandatory coaches’ meeting will be held on Dec. 28 at 6:30 p.m. at the Parks and Rec offices. For information, call 601-634-4514.
