PORT GIBSON — Estella Thompson-Neal died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at her home. She was 86.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. J.P. Neal; two sons, Raymond Neal and John Herman Griffin; and her parents, Joe and Irene Thompson.

Survivors include her four daughters, Sandra Henderson of Duncanville, Texas, Jacqueline Devoual of Vicksburg, Alesia Neal of Harvey, Ill., and Derdira McGloster of Port Gibson; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends including Angela Parker of Port Gibson and Genevia Nicholson of Carlisle.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at White Hall M.B. Church in Pattison with the Rev. Leroy Dee officiating. Burial will follow at Campbell Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 6 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home with family present from 6 until 7 and Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
