Miss Gray, Mr. Thomas to marry in Nashville

Myra Lynn Gray of Tupelo announces the engagement of her daughter, Cathy Lynn of Nashville, to Benjamin Hill Thomas, also of Nashville. Mr. Thomas is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest George Thomas of Vicksburg.
Miss Gray is also the daughter of the late James Lamar Gray of Tupelo. She is the granddaughter of James Thomas Lyons and the late Mrs. Lyons of Guntown and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bud Gray Sr. of Tupelo.
Mr. Thomas is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Randall Sanders of Lepanto, Ark., and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Thomas of Vicksburg.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Tupelo High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
Miss Gray is a CPA and an instructor of accounting at Nashville State Community College.
The prospective groom is a graduate of St. Aloysius High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Thomas is an attorney with The Law Office of J. Phillip Jones in Nashville.
Vows will be exchanged at 6 p.m. Jan. 1, 2011, at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville. A reception will follow.
