Donnie Ray Lowe died Monday, Dec. 6, 2010, at his home. He was 47.

Mr. Lowe worked as a maintenance man for Battlefield Inn. He was a member of Greater Mount Lebanon M.B. Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Lowe and Carolyn L. Whitney; his maternal grandparents, Willie and Velma White; and his paternal grandparents, Sylvester and Priscilla Lowe.

He is survived by two sons, Derrion Lowe of Atlanta, Ga., and Donnie Ray Hamlin of Vicksburg; six daughters, Kremeaka McClain of St. Paul, Minn., and Davina McGowan, Shalonda Williams, Delisha Hamlin, Donnesha Lowe and Jada Lowe, all of Vicksburg; a sister, Greata Lowe Wardley of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; and two nephews, one niece, cousins and other relatives.
