Three Vicksburg teens were in the Warren County Jail this morning charged with burglary, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
Two, Kenneth Q. Curry, 18, 525 Grange Hall Road, and Patrick T. Brown, 18, 1309 Bay St., are accused of breaking into a home in the 2500 block of Ken Karyl Avenue on Nov. 28 and taking a 20-guage shotgun, which was recovered during the arrest, Stewart said. Both were arrested at their homes at about 2 p.m. Wednesday and each was being held on a $20,000 bond.
In the second burglary, Richard A. Smith, 18, 2935 Oak St., is accused of breaking into a home in the 2400 block of Oak Street on Dec. 9 and taking a VCR and a washing machine, both of which were recovered. Smith was arrested in the 1900 block of Washington Street after police saw him outside of a home.
Smith, who was on probation for armed robbery and felony possession of marijuana, was being held without bond.
