BROOKHAVEN — Steve Allen Uzzle died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at Lincoln Residential Center in Brookhaven. He was 59.

Mr. Uzzle was a Vicksburg native and had lived at Lincoln Residential Center for several years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bessie B. Uzzle and Fred Uzzle Sr.; four brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include one brother, Fred Uzzle Jr. of Vicksburg; and one sister, Carolyn Fraser of Memphis.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Glenwood Funeral Home with Glynn Parks officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brian Uzzle, Keith Uzzle, Mathew Uzzle, Don Eagle, Marcus Emfinger and Wayne Henson.
