ROLLING FORK — Joyce “Love” Small died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital. She was 72.

Mrs. Small was a teacher at Rolling Fork Elementary School for 35 years before retiring.

She is survived by her mother, Annie Williams; her husband of 49 years, Warren Small II; a son, Warren Small III; a daughter, Toyce Small of Richmond, Va.; two grandsons; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Mount Lula M.B. Church with the Rev. Elijah Eason, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Green Chapel Cemetery with Mitchell L. Walker Funeral Home in charge. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday and from 11:30 a.m. until the service Sunday, both at the church.
