JACKSON ­— Fredrick Augustus Brown died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, in Vicksburg. He was 56.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Presley and Rose Adline Brown; and a brother, William Carol Smith.

Survivors include his brothers, Charles Wesley Brown and Ollie Gay Brown; and his sisters, Lillie Fran Harkey, Barbara Ann Hearn and Amelia Louise Saldona.

Graveside services will be at noon Saturday at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Linda Palmer officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service Saturday at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Charles Franklin Brown, Michael Earl Brown, Brian Wesley Brown, William Augustus Cummins, Timothy Wayne Hearn and Jeremy Truitt Brown.

Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Lynn Cummins and Kelly Leo.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
