Eight people were convicted of first-offense driving under the influence during the week ending Tuesday.

In Vicksburg Municipal Court:

• Kiritkumar R. Desai, 56, 3720 U.S. 55 North, Jackson, was fined $773.

• Sherry Touchstone Guillory, 57, 1205 Westbury Drive, Mobile, was fined $773.

• Christopher Issac Johnson, 25, 101 Mayhaw St., Deridder, La., was fined $773.

• Ann Spencer, 54, 2915 Vally St., was fined $798.

• John Alexander Stevens, 42, 108 Columbia Ave., was fined $773.

• David Jerome Taylor, 51, 1202 Adams St., was fined $773.

• Wendy Patrice Thomas, 26, 780 U.S. 61 North, was fined $773.

In Warren County Justice Court:

• Jordan J. Brossett, 19, 613 Brisbane Circle, Bossier City, La., was fined $674.50.
