Lula Rae Lynch

Lula Rae Lynch died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at McComb Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was 74.
Mrs. Lynch was born in Hermanville and lived in Vicksburg for a number of years. She was a retired bus driver from the Warren County School system. She was a previous member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Florence.
She was preceded in death by her three husbands, Benjamin Ponder, Earnest Clayton Allen Jr. and Herman A. Lynch; two sons, Bobby Gene Ponder and Keith Edward Allen; two brothers, Paul Deason and Charles Deason; a sister, Annie Burns; and her parents, John and Grace Deason.
Survivors include four sons, Michael Ponder of Florence, Kenneth Ponder of Vancouver, Wash., Gregory Allen of Natchez and David Allen of McComb; one daughter, Melissa Nimon of McComb; one sister, Deloise Cogan of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Glenwood Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 5 until 7.
Pallbearers will be Dale Nimon, Buck Barnett, Thomas King, Rex Lewis, Robert Allen and Charles Freeman.
