Hinds Community College is preparing to host a lot of talent in a short amount of time during its annual Mississippi and the Arts Week.

“This year’s Mississippi and the Arts Week offers so much to both Hinds and the community,” said Peggy Brent, English department chairman and Mississippi Arts Week committee chairman. “We are so proud to be expanding our program to some of our other campuses.”

From March 28 to April 1, the Raymond campus, aided by the Vicksburg, Rankin and Allied Health campuses, will hold a series of lectures and performances by writers, musicians, artists and dancers from across the state.
