Warren Central softball coach Dana McGivney’s Lady Vikes Invitational tournament has endured all sorts of rainy and cold weather.

But finally, the tournament will get some favorable weather as the teams hit the diamond Saturday at Lucy Young Field.

McGivney is glad to get her team back on the field after a couple of rainouts last week.

“We’re really excited to play and get some games in,” McGivney said. “We’re really happy to see some good weather.”
