The engagement of Marcell Moll to Kyle Christian, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged May 14, 2011, at Brandon Hall Plantation in Natchez. A reception will follow.

Miss Moll is the daughter of Barry Moll of Bricktown, N.J., and Melody and Tom Griffing of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Bonne Rackley, the late Larry Wareing Stewart and Sandy Moll of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

Mr. Christian is the son of Kevin and Marta Christian of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late Frank M. Mitchell and Beverly Mitchell of Dallas, Texas.

The bride-elect attended the University of Phoenix and is an optician at Collins Eye Clinic.

The prospective groom attended Jones Junior College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a patrolman for the Vicksburg Police Department.
