Rebecca Curry to wed Yelverton on March 26

The engagement of Rebecca M. Curry to Mark Yelverton, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 4 p.m. March 26, 2011, at Bovina Baptist Church. A reception will follow in the Christian Life Center at the church. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Ms. Curry is the daughter of the late Eddie McGaugh and Jenny McGaugh Vest of Greenville.

Mr. Yelverton is the son of Gary and Janet Yelverton of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late J.S. Yelverton and the late Freemon Walter, both of Laurel.

The bride-elect attended Greenville High School and Hinds Community College. She is owner of Shipley’s Do-Nuts.

The prospective groom attended Warren Central High School and the University of Mississippi, where he received a degree in civil engineering. He is owner of General Service Systems Inc.
