Warnock, Weaver are wed at St. Michael’s

Drew Lamar Warnock and Courtney Marie Weaver were married at 2 p.m. Feb. 5, 2011, at St. Michael Catholic Church. The Rev. P.J. Curley officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Evelyn Weaver of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Frank and Anna Weaver and Delores Coomes and the late Billy Coomes, all of Vicksburg.

The groom is the son of Tony and Nancy Warnock of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Beatrice Warnock and the late Willie Warnock and Rosa LeMay and the late John LeMay, all of Vicksburg.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen colors were red and pink. Nuptial selections were presented by Karen Harrison, organist, and Marcia Weaver and Riley Harper, soloists.

Maid of honor was Dana Lauren Warnock of Vicksburg. Bridesmaids were Kristen Weaver, Amanda Barnes, Nicole Hardin and Kristen Myers, all of Vicksburg; Emily Coker of Ridgeland; and Brittany Myers of Starkville.

Honorary bridesmaids were Erika Barnes, Courtney Towne and Brittany Oliver, all of Vicksburg; Charity Towne of Clinton; Leah Ivey of Madison; and Ashley Swillie of Monroe.

Tony Lamar Warnock of Vicksburg served as best many. Groomsmen were Reed Moore of Shreveport and John Weaver, Blake Warnock, Brady Towne, Brian Pettway, John Rice Pettway and Jason Pettway, all of Vicksburg.

Honorary groomsmen were Matt Barnes, Chase Towne, Ryan Grey and Will Mendrop, all of Vicksburg; Brent Towne of Clinton; and Ross Moore of Shreveport.

Usher was Sean Weaver of Vicksburg.

Flower girl was Grace Windham of Vicksburg. Ring bearer was Dalton Windham of Vicksburg.

A reception followed at ROCA at the Vicksburg Country Club.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled on a cruise to Mexico. They will make their home in Vicksburg, where both are employed at the Engineer Research and Development Center.
