Kyle Seager’s RBI single in the top of the 10th inning Friday gave the Jackson Generals a 3-2 victory over the Mississippi Braves at Trustmark Park.

Seager finished the game 3-for-5 with three RBIs, all on singles. Jake Shaffer was 3-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored, including the go-ahead run in the 10th.

Tyler Pastornicky went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored for the M-Braves, and Jordan Kreke had three hits and an RBI.

The M-Braves and Generals continue their season-opening five-game series tonight at 7 at Trustmark Park.
