City native lends expertise to papers

Vicksburg native Christopher G. Price presented two papers at the North American Society for Trenchless Technology’s “NoDig” conference in Washington, D.C.
The first covered the construction and engineering of a steel natural gas pipeline crossing the Rio Grand River in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The second presented a case study examining construction challenges in a drilling project beneath a critical waterway in the Port of Tacoma, Wash.
Price is a project engineer with Staheli Trenchless Consultants in Seattle and is vice president of the NASTT’s Pacific Northwest chapter. The son of James and Cassandra Price of Vicksburg, Price graduated from Vicksburg High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University.
