City sets community meetings on flood

A community meeting moderated by the United Way to address flood concerns will be Wednesday night at 6 at Kings Empowerment Center on R.L. Chase Circle, off North Washington Street. A second meeting is set for Thursday at 6 p.m. at Warrenton Elementary on Belva Drive.
