CHICAGO ­­­— Calvin Louis Brown Jones, formerly of Chicago, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011, in Oklahoma City. He was 59.

Survivors include his mother, Minnie Lee Jones of Panther Burn; a daughter, Venus Harris; two brothers, Robert Jones of Chicago and Caleb Jones of Greenville; five sisters, Judy Jackson and Deborah Britton, both of Oklahoma City, Helen Williams of Marshall, Texas, Callie Suber of Greenville and Karen Jones of Panther Burn; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Church of God in Rolling Fork with the Rev. Calvin McCranie officiating. Burial will follow at Anguilla Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
