WILMINGTON, N.C. — Lillie Ann Heggins-Miller died Thursday, May 12, 2011, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C. She was 65.

Mrs. Heggins-Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Miller Sr.; her mother, Lillie Mae Cromartie; and her brother, Willie Cromartie.

Mrs. Heggins-Miller is survived by one son, Brandon Hickman of Wilmington; one stepson, Billie Ray Miller Jr. of Wilmington; one stepdaughter, Chandrea LaShae Williams of Vicksburg; two grandchildren; and friends and other relatives, including Clara L. Miller of Vicksburg and members of the Miller family.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Wilmington under the direction of Adkins-Drain Funeral Services.
