Samantha Nicole Thompson of French Camp and Caleb Joel Douglas Ashley of Delta, La., will be married at 1 p.m. June 11, 2011, at First Pentecostal Church of Vicksburg. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Ms. Thompson is the daughter of Jonas and Sherryl Horn of French Camp. She is the granddaughter of Same Reynolds and the late Elaine Reynolds of Lexington.

Mr. Ashley is the son of Marvin and Suprenia Ashley of Delta. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm Ashley of Delta, the late Sandra Ashley and Mr. and Mrs. Billy F. Stokes of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect is a 2006 home school graduate. She was a member of the Beta Club.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmaceutical science from the University of Mississippi, where she served as president of the PYF and was a member of NCPA and Phi Theta Kappa.

Ms. Thompson is pursuing a doctorate in pharmacy at Ole Miss.

The prospective groom graduated with honors in 2009 from Warren Central High School. He attended Hinds Community College.

Mr. Ashley is employed with UPS and is a pharmacy technician at S&B Drug Store in Tallullah.
