Trailer, ATVs valued at $37,000 reported stolen

A trailer and four all-terrain vehicles, valued at a combined $37,000, were stolen early Saturday on Clay Street.
Lt. Bobby Stewart of the Vicksburg Police Department said the 20-foot covered trailer valued at $4,000 contained the ATVs, a 1998 Honda Foreman four-wheeler valued at $3,000, a 2005 Honda Rubicon four-wheeler valued at $6,000, a 2009 Honda Rubicon four-wheeler valued at $7,000 and a 2010 Polaris Ranger RZR valued at $17,000, were taken from the parking lot of the Quality Inn, at 3332 Clay St.
The report was filed at 7:11 a.m., Stewart said.
Pearl man jailed in county, charged with two assaults
A Pearl man was in the Warren County Jail this morning charged in two assaults, Sheriff Martin Pace said.
Ricky Wayne Jenkins, 25, 2372 Upper Drive, was arrested in Jackson late Sunday afternoon, a few hours after an attack on his girlfriend and another woman at a home on Mount Alban Road in Warren County, Pace said.
A convicted felon, Jenkins faces charges of aggravated assault and aggravated domestic violence, Pace said.
The sheriff’s department’s investigator was to meet with Jenkins’ parole officer today before a decision could be made on what will happen next, the sheriff said.
Truck reported missing on South Frontage
A truck was reported stolen Saturday from the parking lot of the Candlewood Suites,1296 S. Frontage Road, Saturday, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
The 2006 Ford F-250 with Mississippi license plate 50M15 was reported missing at 10:28 a.m.
Cash reported stolen from unlocked truck
An auto burglary was reported Friday in the 1100 block of Fayette Street at 12:44 p.m.
Missing from the unlocked 2003 F-150 was $525, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
AC, electronic game missing from home
A residential burglary was reported in the 1700 block of Rodgers Street Sunday at 11:20 a.m., Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
Missing from the Marcus Bottom home was a GE window air conditioner valued at $100 and an Xbox 360 game console valued at $350.
