Tyler Vroman blasted two home runs and Garrett Hutchins added a three-run homer to lead the Volts to a 9-4 victory over the Hernando-based Mississippi Devil Rays in the Class AA USSSA state tournament in Tupelo.

Vroman also pitched the first three innings to earn the victory. Booth Buys pitched middle relief while Caleb Ford closed out the game pitching in the final inning. Austin Eldridge added two hits.
