Vicksburg Police and firefighters inspect the damage after and 18-wheeler driven by Marcus Mullen, 32, 3542 Little Snow Creek Road, Holly Springs, collided with a Jeep Commander driven by Sharon Perkins, 39, 17094 MS Highway 1, Rolling Fork, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 61 North Friday morning. Investigating officer Josh Brown said that the Perkins was trying to cross the north lanes of traffic when the north bound 18-wheeler hit her. Perkins was issued a citation for no insurance.
