A crane operator for Cheyenne Steel maneuvers a piece of steel to workers at the Lower Mississippi River Museum and Interpretive Center site Monday. Site safety coordinator Ryan Channel said the crane that was parked on Washington Street between Jackson and Main streets should be completed with its task in time to reopen the street to traffic today.
