Services for Lenzie Lee Middleton of Bovina will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hickory Tree M.B. Church with Elder Gregory Andrews officiating. Burial will follow at the Hickory Tree Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Friday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Mr. Middleton died Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was 71.

He was a retired diesel mechanic and pastor of Jesus Christ Apostolic Temple.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Lee Middleton and Alice Mark Middleton; two sons, Gregory Middleton and Jerry Middleton; a brother, Herschel Lee Middleton; two sisters, Christine Magee and Dorothy Green; and his grandparents, Harry and Ophelia Mark and Eugene and Lena Buckley Middleton.

He is survived by his wife, Adrienne Reed Middleton of Vicksburg; three sons, Joel Middleton, Lenzie Middleton and Dekitri Smith-Middleton; five daughters, Tammie Peoples, Jackie Liggins, Sherri Cooper-Duru, M’Keva Smith and Senetta Barnum; two sisters, Evar Faye Middleton and Janice Middleton; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
