Ron Kinard of the Vicksburg Police Department pulls a cat from the wheel well of a car Friday at Precious Moments Daycare. Latasha Jackson, the car’s owner, said she heard the cat while driving to the daycare she owns. She phoned police to help her get the cat out of the car. The cat was safely removed and taken to the city animal shelter.
