Late rally pushes Jackson past M-Braves

James McOwen’s RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning gave the Jackson Generals a 2-1 victory over the Mississippi Braves on Sunday night. It was the second straight one-run loss for the M-Braves, and their fifth loss overall in the last six games.

Dan Nelson went 3-for-4 for the M-Braves (16-20) and Ed Lucas homered.
