A Vicksburg man was charged Friday with third-offense domestic violence after he assaulted and struck his live-in girlfriend during an argument at his home, Vicksburg police Sgt. Sandra Williams said.

Steven Jackson, 33, 2503 Franklin St., was arrested at his home about 2:26 a.m. Friday, Williams said. He was being held in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bond. The woman, who was not identified, did not seek medical treatment, Williams said.
