Troy Jones, a City of Vicksburg employee, coats the wrought iron fence at the Cedar Hill Cemetery with a rust inhibitor Friday morning. A crew of four began work on the section of the fence near the cemetery office on Lovers Lane Monday by scraping off the old paint. After the rust inhibitor, the crew will paint the fence.
