Mr. Clark, Miss Stinson exchange vows July 9

John Albert Clark Jr. and Stacey Denise Stinson, both of Mobile, Ala., were married at 6 p.m. July 9, 2011, at the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation. Trey Stevens officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of David and Jenny Stinson of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late R.P. Hand and Doris Hand of Ruston, La., and David F. Stinson and Sue Stinson of Jonesboro, La.

The groom is the son of John and Sandra Clark of Vicksburg.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride’s chosen color was lavender. Musical selections for the ceremony were presented by Holly Grace Burns.

Maid of honor was Brittany Claypool of Brandon. Bridesmaids were Amanda Stinson of Prairieville, La.; Stephanie Byrd of Mobile, Ala.; and Melissa Coker of Meridianville, Ala.

The groom’s brother, Marcus Clark of Vicksburg, served as best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Stinson of Prairieville, Chris Byrd of Mobile and Chase Pasley of Bay Minette, Ala.

Flower girl was Emily Byrd of Mobile. Ring bearers were Matthew Clark, son of the groom, and Jared Stinson, nephew of the bride, of Prairieville.

A reception followed the ceremony.

The groom is employed with Austal.
