Bernard and Melanie Theobald will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Friday. They were married Sept. 16, 1961, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Meridian.

Both retired, they enjoy playing bridge and spending time with family and friends. They are the parents of three children and grandparents to seven.

The Theobalds are longtime parishioners of St. Michael Catholic Church.
