Vicksburg Police work at the scene where two school buses leaving Dana Road Elementary collided Tuesday. Investigating officer Jaclyn Noel said that the bus driven by John Shy, 63, 4640 Oak Ridge Road, rear-ended the bus driven by Preston Kelly, 61, 1406 Harrison St., while both were attempting to merge onto U.S. 61 from Dana Road. One unidentified child went to River Region Medical Center with minor injuries, police said.
