PHILADELPHIA, Miss. — Bobby Lee McAdory died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center-South Hospital in Meridian. He was 75.
Mr. McAdory was retired from Weyerhaeuser after 25 years as a boiler operator. He was a resident of the Burnside Community and a member of Blackjack Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Zachary and Sina O. Moody McAdory; a son, Jerry Lee McAdory; a grandson, Jeremy Wayne White; a granddaughter, Candace “BreAnn” Garrett; and a brother, Don McAdory.
Survivors include five daughters, Brenda Rickles of Vicksburg, Debbie Scrivner of Carthage, Angie White, Debi Wharton and Jan Warren, all of Philadelphia; two sisters, Dianne Kirkpatrick of Collinsville and Maudean Sanders of Union; four brothers, Dan McAdory of Union, Harold McAdory, Richard McAdory and Jon McAdory, all of Philadelphia; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were Saturday at 1 p.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services with the Revs. Toby Stovall and Walter Woodson officiating. Burial followed at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Philadelphia.
Pallbearers were Mike Sullivan, Larry Savell, Larry Griffin, Max Chisolm, Jamie White, Chris “Tater” McMurry, Jason Rickles, Stuart Rickles, Adam Myers, Skyler Myers, Josh Garrett and Cody Warren.
