As more wintery temps began to blow in with rain Tuesday, Neal Cruthirds took shelter under a parking garage at South and Crawford streets while he waited for an NRoute bus. The blustery skies were to be replaced today and Thursday with sunshine and temperatures into the 60s, but night temperatures were forecast to drop into the high 30s.
